At our studio you will learn the proper technique and receive the highest level of instruction. We offer pole fitness, chair dance, yoga, partner yoga and kangoo jumps classes.

Many of us would love to be more seductive, more empowered and confident. At Risque Fitness you will learn to do all of that while having a fun workout.

We also offer personal training classes and bachelorette parties.

1.What should I wear for pole fitness class?
Anything comfortable that you would wear to an exercise class. Pole level 2 and up require you to wear shorts.

2.How can I book my lesson?

3.Is there an age or weight limit?
Classes are designed for people of all ages, sizes, shapes and levels.

Classes

  • Pole (3 levels) - 4 weeks each

    Pole 1: Get acquainted with the pole as you learn the basic moves of pole dancing with floor moves, spins and climbs. This level breaks you in and teaches you the basics of pole dancing as well as a fun routine. Each week you will build on what you have learned in the previous week.
    Pole 2:You are now ready for intermediate moves.You will learn more challenging spins and climbs as we put them all together to create a special routine.
    Pole 3+: We will be taking it up a level as you learn how to flip upside down and hang off the pole. As your strength and flexibility increases you will learn more challenging inverts, holds and transitions. You will also learn an advanced routine.

    Chair Dancing

    You will learn how to move in a sultry and flirty way using the chair and you can use your new, flirty skills to impress your special someone.

  • Yoga

    Flow yoga classes are open to practitioners of all levels. Each class is themed with stories or philosophy and infused with yoga asana (posture) sequences that are invigorating and challenging, to invite the mind to come back to the body. Our certified yoga instructor incorporates a sense of warmth, humor and music, geared toward urban and active souls. In class, she asks students to focus on mindful movement, the breath and anatomical alignment. Her style of teaching aims to inspire students attain dexterity, balance and flexibility on the mat that can be translated into vigor for being ourselves in daily life.

    Kangoo Jumping

    This is a great cardio workout class which uses plyometric techniques and some sexy dance moves to get your heart rate up. Kangoo shoes reduce the shock to your body (ankles, shins, knees, back) while you exercise up to 80%.
